Contributed Talks & Call for Papers

Present your research as a contributed talk, an oral presentation or a poster.

The LaTeX template icacSurname.tex will be available for download here soon.

Option 1

Contributed Talks

Registered participants may present a contributed talk at the conference. Each such talk is 22 minutes long, and 3 minutes for questions.

An abstract for each contributed talk will appear in the conference abstract booklet.

Abstract Submission

To submit an abstract, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Download the LaTeX template: icacSurname.tex and cmsa-abs.sty.
  2. Replace Surname in the filename icacSurname.tex with the surname of the speaker.
  3. Enter the speaker's name, affiliation, title of the talk, abstract, and other required information in the template.
  4. The abstract should be one paragraph to a maximum of half a page.
  5. Compile the file using pdflatex and ensure that it compiles without errors.
  6. Email the completed .tex file and pdf file to icaac2027@gmail.com with the subject line: Paper submission: Surname replacing Surname with the surname of the speaker.

Abstract should be submitted by 1st January 2027.

Option 2

Call for Papers

Registered participants may present their research through either an oral presentation or a poster presentation at the conference. Presenting participants are required to submit a full paper based on their presentation. Each presentation will be 7 minutes long, followed by 3 minutes for questions.

An abstract for each presentation will appear in the conference abstract booklet.

Full Paper Submission

To submit a full paper, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Download the LaTeX template: icacSurname.tex and cmsa-abs.sty.
  2. Replace Surname in the filename icacSurname.tex with the surname of the speaker.
  3. Enter the speaker's name, affiliation, title of the presentation, abstract, and other required information in the template.
  4. The abstract should be one paragraph to a maximum of half a page.
  5. Compile the file using pdflatex and ensure that it compiles without errors.

Oral or Poster

Participants may choose to present their research either as an oral presentation or a poster presentation. Those opting for an oral presentation are requested to indicate “Oral” before their surname in the file name as well as in the email subject line. Similarly, participants opting for a poster presentation should indicate “Poster” before their surname in both the file name and the email subject line.

Full paper should be submitted by 22nd January 2027.
